Charlotte is a CIPD qualified HR generalist with 10 years’ experience working in HR; supporting organisations of different sizes, from 5 to 250 employees with a range of HR projects and managing day to day employee relations. During her career she has gained valuable experience working within different industry sectors which has taken her to Hong Kong, China and Europe.

Charlotte has a focussed, commercially minded approach and effectively engages with stakeholders at all levels to create collaborative partnerships and add value to the business’ key priorities.

Essex Police provides policing services for 1,417 square miles with about 400 miles of coastline. With a population of some 1.77m people, there are 2.9 front line police officers for every thousand of the population at a cost of 42p per person per day.

February’s Breakfast will give Members the opportunity to learn about how Essex Police’s performance is regularly inspected and the launch of the Police Commissioner’s Police & Crime Plan.
